Any network downtime, files corruption and everything that could result in damages to your website are not our responsibilty.
We try to make a backup daily, but are not responsible for any loss of data.

Po2b.com does not verify contents of any web site using our web service.
All members are responsible for everything inside their own website.
All members can be held legally accountable for the contents on their website; including for example; material protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret law

Strictly Prohibited Content:
Warez / Piracy / Hacking / Viruses, or illegal mp3's
Adult / Obscene material
Depictions of Minors/Children (even minimal sexual context is not allowed)
Illegal Drugs / Terrorism
Derogatory/Slanderous/Racial/Explicit Material
Sharing of passwords / Serial Numbers /
Invasion on privacy / Impersonation of others
Spam / MLM
Harassment
Illegal Conduct of Any Sort
Promotion of or distribution of copyrighted materials which includes but is not limited to, the following:
-links to download pirated movies, software, games etc from megaupload, rapidshare, and other such hosts/FTP/private servers
Malicious software

If you create a forum, it is your responsibility to make sure that no content on your forum is breaking any of the rules outlined within this document. We expect you to moderate the content of these forums regularly, otherwise your forum will be deleted.

Additional Reasons for forum deletion:
For violations outlined in this terms of use document
For intentionally or unintentionally attempting to remove, hide or move the sponsor advertisements being shown on your forum.
If your forum has been inactive for 90days
If you use any code on your forum that may cause our site to malfunction.
If your forum is only being used for redirection of users to another site or forum.
All members are required to keep their email address up to date on the system. Failure to do so will result in your account removal.
Upgrades and Advertising
All purchase made on "upgrades" to our service are final, we do not offer any cancellation or refunds on our "upgrades".
Po2b.com reserves the right to alter our services as we see fit at any time and for any reason, without notice to users.
Users are not permitted to place any form of PPC advertising including but not limited to, Google Adsense, Yahoo YPN, and Adbrite.
